Thank you for your review and for appreciating the cleanliness, the cozy atmosphere, and the cappuccino prepared by our staff. 💛 We’re just a little surprised by the score, since you mentioned everything was good. For clarity: the Attic Room you booked is located on the top floor, and as indicated both on Booking and in our confirmation message, our villa doesn’t have an elevator. Like most traditional houses in the Sorrento Peninsula, there are some stairs to reach the rooms. We remember you arrived very late in the evening and stayed only one night, bringing with you two extremely large suitcases – practically the size of a small move. Of course, this made the stairs feel more challenging than usual. Normally, with standard luggage, our guests find them perfectly manageable. We’re glad you still enjoyed your short stay with us and we’d love to welcome you again for a longer visit, so you can better experience the villa and our hospitality. 🌸
