By accessing and using the Villa Lorelei website (villalorelei.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Villa Lorelei. A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking; the remaining 70% is settled at check-in at the property. The non-refundable rate is the exception and is charged in full at the time of booking. The rates on the official website are always the lowest available, lower than Booking.com and the other portals.

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you require arrangements outside these times.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date
• Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival: the first night will be charged
• No-show: the full stay amount will be charged
• The non-refundable rate is not refundable in case of cancellation

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following rules:

• No smoking indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
• Pets may be accepted upon request. Please contact us before booking.

Villa Lorelei is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Villa Lorelei and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Torre Annunziata (NA), Italy.
